Our Nesting Perch Platform Birdhouse is popular with species of birds that prefer an open-front nesting box.
Song sparrows, catbirds, thrashers, phoebes, barn swallows and robins like to raise their families in a platform nest.
Easy-to-install perch may be located under eaves, inside a garage or barn or on the side of a building. No cord or wire is included; if it is to be hung you will need to purchase hooks and wire (as in hanging a picture frame).
Offers protection from the elements and requires no maintenance.
Mounts by putting two screws through the pre-drilled holes in the back of the Nesting Perch.
May also serve as a bird feeder in inclement weather.
