The Downy is America’s smallest woodpecker and is a backyard favorite due to being comfortable around people.
Putting up a birdhouse in the fall is a treat for the Downy as it will tend to use a nest box in the winter as a roosting box to escape the cold.

The camera comes with a 100' cord and depending on the distance from your house to the woodpecker house, you may want to also purchase the 100' extension cord from the menu below.

Our Hawk Eye Birdhouse Camera connects directly to televisions, computers, or other monitoring devices, giving users live, 24/7 real time viewing. Comes with infrared night vision, built in microphone, and a weather shield so it can be used inside and out. One hundred foot RCA cable is hard wired (for audio and video inputs) to camera. Variable focus lens from 1/8” to infinity.
Power is supplied to the camera through 100-foot long cord. The camera is permanently connected to one end of the cord. The other end has three plugs; two plug into a television or computer for audio and video, the third plugs into the voltage converter (included), which in turn plugs into your wall outlet.
