Bluebird Feeder is designed with smaller entrance holes on both ends to keep out starlings and other large birds.
Outside landing areas are provided by the extended bottom platform at each end.
Bluebirds are voracious insect eaters and enjoy fruit and berries as well. Raisins, currants, blueberries, dried fruits and peanut hearts will attract bluebirds to this feeder.
Mealworms and other insects are also a treat for bluebirds. Sunflower seeds and other wild bird seed will attract a variety of small songbirds.
Clear panels allow monitoring of the bird seed supply.
The hinged top swings up for easy filling and one panel slides out for cleaning.
Simply mount on a tree or post or hang from the attached cord to watch these little charmers dine in peace.
